Digital Project Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital projects across website and mobile application initiatives. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders and cross functional digital teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
In this role, you will manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from intake and planning through deployment and post launch support. You will drive communication, maintain project visibility, identify and mitigate risks, and help improve delivery processes that support efficient execution across multiple digital initiatives.
Location
• Onsite Monday through Friday in Anderson, SC
Key Responsibilities
• Manage digital projects from intake through launch, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post launch support
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting
• Coordinate efforts across business stakeholders, UX and design, web development, mobile app development, QA, content, marketing, and analytics teams
• Identify project risks, resource constraints, scope concerns, and timeline impacts while driving resolution and escalation when necessary
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, stakeholder updates, approvals, reviews, and launch readiness discussions
• Support website, mobile application, CMS, eCommerce, and digital product initiatives
• Document requirements, project decisions, approvals, deliverables, assets, and handoffs throughout the project lifecycle
• Continuously improve intake processes, project workflows, prioritization practices, and operational visibility
Key Requirements
• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field
• 2 plus years of formal project management experience, preferably supporting digital projects and technology focused initiatives
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects from kickoff through delivery with clear ownership and accountability
• Strong understanding of digital delivery processes, including requirements gathering, UX and design, development, QA, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post launch validation
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and digital platforms
• Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and keep cross functional teams aligned in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Workfront or similar project and work management platforms
• Knowledge of CMS platforms, website development processes, mobile application delivery, QA methodologies, and release coordination
• Experience supporting Shopify, Shopify Plus, or other eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Experience supporting shared services organizations, in house digital teams, agencies, or multi stakeholder environments
