Description:
Remote

Our client seeks a Senior Financial Manager to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and enterprise benefits analysis during a busy season. The role will manage stock-based compensation budgeting, including executive compensation, drive KPI reporting, and partner with senior leadership and the communications team to deliver accurate financial insights and executive-ready presentations. The selected consultant will operate with limited supervision and move projects forward while improving processes and strengthening financial storytelling.

Rate: $80 to $95 per hour W2

Responsibilities:

Lead stock-based compensation budgeting, including executive compensation.
Perform enterprise-level benefits analysis and related financial modeling.
Support the communications team and CEO with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and maintain KPI reporting and management dashboards.
Advance projects with limited direction and deliver on deadlines.

Experience Requirements:

10+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, KPI and management reporting in complex organizations.
Demonstrated business partnership skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive accountability.
Strong judgment, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to lead change and implement process improvements.
Technical aptitude, solid business acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and financial storytelling.
Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc financial modeling for enterprise benefits offerings preferred.
