Job Overview:
Pay Range: $18.01hr - $19.28hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Detail-oriented with quality-conscious mindset.
- Equipment/Process troubleshooting skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Read, understand, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the HSE Program.
- Ability to work in a safe and responsible manner.
- Support safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform duties associated with labeling, inspecting, and packaging of vaccines.
- Operate packaging equipment ensuring target line rates are met.
- Collaborate effectively with other functional groups to ensure production goals are achieved and completed in a timely manner.
- Operate packaging equipment including labelers, pick and place, heat tunnel, vision systems, and forklift.
- Inspect product accurately and efficiently to meet quality guidelines.
- Perform equipment change-over and set-up.
- Perform initial troubleshooting for packaging equipment issues.
- Ensure proper cGMP documentation is followed for completeness and adherence to procedures in a timely manner.
- Prepare QA Line clearances.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Maintain facilities and equipment as required by Standard Operating Procedures.
- Cross-train in other areas within the department as required to meet business needs.
- Communicate processing needs to co-workers.
- Communicate progress several times a day to the shift line leader and/or Supervisor.
- Communicate process occurrences at the time of event to leadership.
- Communicate facility and inventory-related needs daily.
- Monitor process against manufacturing records, data capture forms, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Participate in Daily Performance Review meetings.
- Complete batch tickets with materials consumed during execution.
- Provide feedback as to the feasibility of improvement proposed by others.
- Adhere to defined process sequences.
- Identify and properly report unsafe work habits, conditions, and/or practices.
Nice to Have:
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Forklift certified.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.

- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualification And Education:
