RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking an onsite Administrative Assistant to join their team, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office for their UX practice and Directors. This assignment is tasked with providing comprehensive administrative support to a department or individual, encompassing a range of tasks such as word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, and receiving and directing visitors.
Summary:
Key assignment tasks include scheduling appointments, managing financial records, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and sorting and distributing mail. Additionally, the assistant may be involved in special projects, requiring a high degree of multitasking and prioritization. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this assignment, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
This individual should exhibit proficiency in scheduling, coordinating, filing, and managing phone communications. The ability to access and manage databases, generate reports, and handle inquiries efficiently is crucial. A strong command of English and the capability to work effectively within the front office environment are mandatory. This assignment demands an individual who can seamlessly integrate administrative duties with dynamic front office tasks.
Assignment Tasks:
* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of executive administrative support experience
* Proficiency managing calendars for multiple senior leaders simultaneously (Outlook)
* Experience with complex scheduling across time zones
* Strong written and verbal communication - will interface with executives, other admins, and partners on our behalf
* High discretion - will have access to sensitive calendars and communications
* Proactive, anticipates needs rather than waiting to be asked
* Strong judgment in prioritizing and resolving scheduling conflicts independently
* Detail-oriented with low error tolerance in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
* Onsite to be able to help with onsite events.
Ideally:
* Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced tech environment
* Experience using AI tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
