Senior Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
The contract Senior Product Manager is dedicated to delivering business value to drive sales, enhance efficiency, and elevate customer satisfaction through the creation of high-quality products. This role will focus on providing incremental value by driving product changes and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and business partners. Key tasks include conducting thorough business reviews, effectively communicating and presenting across all organizational levels, and supporting cross-functional product teams. The role demands proficiency in managing product roadmaps, applications, and reporting models within Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities:
* Collaboration with developers, designers, and business partners
* Support for cross-functional product teams
* Enhancement of efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Own and run the backlog and ceremonies (planning, standups, refinement, retros) for a diverse, cross-functional engineering team spanning multiple technical domains
* Lead discovery & design efforts and define requirements to set this pilot team up for success, working ambiguous problems into clear, actionable scope

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience running backlog/agile ceremonies for cross-functional engineering teams spanning multiple domains (not single-domain squads)
* Experience incorporating AI tools into product/PM ways of working (this team is actively leaning into AI-driven practices)
* Experience with applications and reporting models
* Experience in conducting thorough business reviews
* Domain familiarity with order management, supply chain/fulfillment, and/or delivery-and-selling systems, ideally in a Pro/B2B context
* Comfort operating in a single-threaded, high-visibility pilot team environment with ambiguity and evolving scope
* Proficiency in managing product roadmaps
* Effective data response skills
* Strong driving values for product strategies
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - this team spans multiple engineering domains and business stakeholders
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead discovery and translate findings into concrete requirements - this isn't a pure execution role
* Ability to access and analyze data

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
