Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking an onsite Product Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
In this role, the Product Manager will support a team within the client responsible for ensuring documents flow automatically from the client to various spend management systems, of their largest and most critical customers. This is an execution focused role that keeps a high-stakes delivery workstream moving, dedicated to delivering business value to drive sales, enhance efficiency, and elevate customer satisfaction. The focus will be on providing incremental value by driving product changes and working closely with developers, designers, and business partners.

Assignment tasks include conducting thorough business reviews, effectively communicating and presenting across all organizational levels, and supporting cross-functional product teams; while also demonstrating proficiency in managing product roadmaps, applications, and reporting models within the Microsoft Suite.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience owning a backlog and running agile ceremonies (planning, standups, refinement, retros) for a cross-functional engineering team
* Deep experience in data heavy projects, processes, and products
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - comfortable partnering with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders on a typical, balanced product team
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues - working with engineering to diagnose root cause, prioritize, and drive resolution
* Comfort operating in an execution-heavy role, rather than defining net-new strategy
* Domain familiarity with procurement, spend management systems (Coupa, Ariba, Yardi, Jaggaer), or B2B order-to-cash processes is a plus, but not required
* Experience or interest in incorporating AI tools into product/PM ways of working is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
