Lead / Principal Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client hiring a hybrid Lead/Principal Product Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This individual will help develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive product decisions that deliver value.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities:
* Develops a deep understanding of customer and associate needs to inform product decisions
* Translates business goals and user needs into product strategy, communicating direction and priorities to stakeholders
* Establishes and monitors key metrics to assess product value, continuously refining the roadmap based on insights
* Conducts end-user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product development
* Aligns product initiatives with company priorities and stakeholder expectations to drive business values
* Creates, prioritizes, and manages epic-level stories, integrating user research and testing to refine assumptions and hypotheses
* Collaborates with engineering, user experience, and other teams to resolve obstacles optimize product performance, and translate complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders
* Represents the end user by advocating for their needs and ensuring an exceptional product experience
* Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
