Senior Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Senior Product Manager.

Duties:
* Collaboration with developers, designers, and business partners
* Support for cross-functional product teams
* Enhancement of efficiency and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience owning a product 0-to-1, from discovery through design and into execution - this isn't a maintain-and-optimize role
* Comfort with payments, checkout, or B2B account/permissions systems (roles like admin/purchaser/employee, spending controls, credit lines)
* Experience partnering closely with engineering AND store operations/physical retail teams - this touches both backend systems and in-store execution
* Strong data fluency - able to use transaction and sales data to prioritize what to build first and make the case to stakeholders
* Customer journey mapping and persona-based design thinking - this project involves distinct user types (account admin, purchaser, runner, and a newer "anonymous runner" concept) each with different needs and permissions
* Excellent stakeholder management - this cuts across Pro sales, store experience, engineering, and compliance/security, so the PM needs to align a lot of moving parts and keep momentum
* Comfortable leading a single-threaded team and owning a multi-quarter/multi-year roadmap without losing sight of near-term delivery
* Proficiency in managing product roadmaps
* Experience with applications and reporting models
* Ability to access and analyze data
* Effective data response skills
* Strong driving values for product strategies
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience in conducting thorough business reviews

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
