Seeking an Application Support Developer to provide L2/L3 support for healthcare data platforms and ETL applications. The role will focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and supporting data integration and warehouse solutions.
<>Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support and incident management for data applications.
- Support and troubleshoot Informatica, Snowflake, SQL Server, and MySQL environments.
- Monitor data pipelines, ETL jobs, and database performance.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes.
- Support releases, deployments, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with data, development, and business teams to ensure platform stability.
