### Job Summary Thinking Minds' client is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with strategic enterprise customers and build intelligence applications combining first-party and third-party data. This role spans discovery, solution architecture, production development, deployment, and business outcomes. You will help shape an evolving engineering function, translating successful engagements into repeatable delivery practices while collaborating with data, product, and infrastructure teams.

Confidence translating complex matching and enrichment challenges into clear business proposals and technical designs.
A customer-focused approach to diagnosing underlying problems, validating solutions, and maintaining accountability after deployment.
### Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery with enterprise data engineers, sales operations, and revenue stakeholders; scope applications and deploy them within customer environments.
Build Entity Resolution, deduplication, domain validation, legal entity crosswalks, persistent identifiers, and automated parent-child hierarchy management.
Improve Data Quality through marketability classification, inactive-entity disposition, enrichment segmentation, CRM field locking, and matching governance.
Integrate Salesforce workflows with Snowflake or BigQuery, using APIs and warehouse-based analysis to support scalable account architecture and location-level enrichment.
Develop addressable-market models, white-space discovery, buying-group filters, account fit scoring, and intent-based activation using historical outcomes and business signals.
Document discovery frameworks, integration patterns, deliverable templates, and success measures; share field insights with product teams and identify relevant expansion opportunities.
### Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Python and SQL, production-quality software development, and cloud data warehouse experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar environments.
Experience building data pipelines, entity matching or deduplication logic, API integrations, and applications used in daily business operations.
Fluency in LLM-based development environments such as Claude Code or Codex.
Direct technical customer engagement experience through solutions engineering, consulting, technical account management, or comparable delivery work.
Ability to communicate architecture, implementation decisions, and business value across competing enterprise stakeholder groups.
### Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with GraphQL, REST, Postman, and authentication patterns including JWT and OAuth.
Experience with B2B data, Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment or orchestration tooling such as RingLead, Clearbit, or Demandbase.
Understanding of firmographic enrichment, hierarchy management, TAM modeling, intent data, and account-based prospecting.
