Position : Senior Program Manager / Director - Healthcare Domain
Location : Atlanta GA , (Johns Creek, GA and/or Alpharetta, GA)
Employment Type : Full Time
Job Description:
1. 17+ years of overall IT experience ; 8+ years of Program/Delivery Management experience.
2. Conduct executive reviews with Senior Leadership, steering committee meetings, and status governance forums.
3. Act as the primary interface for executive stakeholders and customer leadership.
4. Strong Domain experience in US Healthcare, Provider, Medicaid, MMIS, Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, or Healthcare Digital Transformation programs .
5. Experience in managing large transformation / modernization programs in Digital Stream.
6. Own end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare programs with Global Delivery Model execution models.
7. Ensure delivery quality, schedule adherence, scope management, Risk Management & People Management & Budgets.
8. Must be familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
9. Manage relationships with business sponsors, SMEs, technology teams & cross functional teams (Internal & External)
10. Should be familiar with Digital Technologies (Preferably Java Spring Boot, Microservices, etc.)
