Proficiency in SQL Server for developing complex stored procedures, database joins, and performance troubleshooting.

Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML for integrating payment channels with core banking systems.

Experience in secure file transfer protocols including SFTP, PGP encryption, and technical certificate management.

Experience with automated batch scheduling and workload orchestration utilizing Control-M or comparable enterprise tools.

Experience with application performance monitoring, log analysis, and Git-based CI/CD pipelines in AWS or Azure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing vendor relationships and presenting technical remediations.
