Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce modules and external system integrations.
- Validate business processes for licensing, permitting, application intake, workflows, approvals, document generation, payments, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to ensure requirements are testable and delivered accurately.
- Support data migration validation, ensuring accuracy of legacy-to-Salesforce data mapping.
- Document and track defects, test results, and traceability matrices using tools such as JIRA or similar.
- Facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders, providing guidance and defect triage support.
- Ensure compliance with government QA standards, accessibility requirements, and security protocols.
- Contribute to automation frameworks for Salesforce testing (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or similar tools).
- Provide QA sign-off for releases, deployments, and sprint deliverables.
Required Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for enterprise IT or CRM projects.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and OmniStudio.
- Expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and UAT facilitation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
