Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in data processing, computer systems, applications, business systems analysis, or related IT disciplines.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
- Experience creating functional specifications, workflows, test plans, and process documentation.
- Strong understanding of application security, user access management, and role-based security concepts.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and managing security-related processes.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience generating reports, tracking issues, and managing project deliverables.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of application development lifecycles, database concepts, and systems design methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with large datasets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience supporting Epic security, provider data, EMP, and SER databases.
- Experience within healthcare, clinical operations, or hospital environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare security, access governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience with audit reporting, access reviews, and security compliance activities.
- Familiarity with infrastructure security concepts and enterprise identity/access management processes.
- Experience supporting change management, project management, and cross-functional initiatives.
