We are looking for an experienced Product Manager - Warehouse Management System (WMS) to lead product strategy and roadmap execution for enterprise warehouse solutions.
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
Partner with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, and supply chain leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product innovation.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into well-defined product features, user stories, and functional specifications.
Own and manage the product backlog, balancing customer needs, technical priorities, and business value to maximize product impact.
Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, QA, UX, and implementation teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
Drive Agile product planning activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, feature prioritization, and release planning.
Lead product discussions with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, and business outcomes.
Support enterprise WMS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and post-production optimization initiatives.
Define product success metrics and leverage operational KPIs, user feedback, and analytics to drive continuous product improvements.
Evaluate emerging technologies, warehouse automation trends, and industry best practices to enhance product capabilities and maintain a competitive advantage.
Act as the primary product owner and subject matter expert for WMS initiatives, providing strategic guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with executive leadership and business stakeholders while effectively communicating product vision, progress, risks, and key decisions.
10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Supply Chain Technology.
Proven experience managing enterprise Warehouse Management System (WMS) products or large-scale warehouse transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and cycle counting.
Experience developing product roadmaps, defining product strategy, and managing Agile product backlogs.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Scrum teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
