Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager - Warehouse Management System (WMS) to lead product strategy and roadmap execution for enterprise warehouse solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, and supply chain leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product innovation.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into well-defined product features, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, balancing customer needs, technical priorities, and business value to maximize product impact.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, QA, UX, and implementation teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive Agile product planning activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, feature prioritization, and release planning.
  • Lead product discussions with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, and business outcomes.
  • Support enterprise WMS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and post-production optimization initiatives.
  • Define product success metrics and leverage operational KPIs, user feedback, and analytics to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, warehouse automation trends, and industry best practices to enhance product capabilities and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Act as the primary product owner and subject matter expert for WMS initiatives, providing strategic guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with executive leadership and business stakeholders while effectively communicating product vision, progress, risks, and key decisions.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Supply Chain Technology.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise Warehouse Management System (WMS) products or large-scale warehouse transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and cycle counting.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, defining product strategy, and managing Agile product backlogs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Scrum teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
