Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Mac Systems Engineer to support and enhance a large scale enterprise Mac environment consisting of more than 2,000 devices. This individual will play a key role in endpoint engineering, device management, security compliance, automation, and the delivery of modern workplace technologies.
The ideal candidate is highly hands on with Jamf, Intune, macOS administration, and scripting. Working within a security focused environment, you will partner with infrastructure, security, architecture, and support teams to engineer scalable endpoint solutions, deploy applications, maintain device compliance, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and support a large enterprise Mac environment with more than 2,000 endpoints
• Engineer, build, test, and deploy macOS packages using Jamf, Intune, and related endpoint management platforms
• Create and maintain automated deployment solutions and self service offerings for end users
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex Mac, endpoint management, and security related incidents
• Review and respond to ServiceNow tickets related to Mac administration and endpoint services in a timely manner
• Partner with security teams to maintain compliance and support technologies including Entra ID, endpoint security tools, antivirus solutions, and Zscaler
• Develop scripts and automation solutions using Bash, Python, or similar technologies to improve operational efficiency
• Create technical documentation, endpoint reports, and knowledge resources to support Help Desk and operational teams
Key Requirements
• 5+ years of experience administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM platforms supporting enterprise Mac environments
• Experience managing large scale Mac deployments supporting 2,000+ devices in a corporate environment
• Strong hands on experience building, packaging, testing, and deploying macOS applications and endpoint configurations
• Advanced scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar automation technologies
• 1+ years of experience working with Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies, including Entra ID
• Experience supporting endpoint security, device compliance, authentication, certificate management, and security incident response
• Knowledge of enterprise security technologies such as Zscaler, antivirus platforms, and modern endpoint protection solutions
• Experience working with ServiceNow and structured IT service management processes
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical issues and recommend practical solutions
• Ability to prioritize work effectively based on business impact and criticality
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
