Job Overview:
Pay Range $40hr - $45hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software development best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications.
- Develop web-based solutions using Java, JavaScript, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
- Implement batch processing solutions using Spring Batch.
- Ensure application security using Spring Security best practices.
- Work with Hibernate for data persistence and database integration.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Build reusable components and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and stakeholders.
