We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
The initial focus will be on implementing ServiceNow SPM to support enterprise portfolio management needs, followed by establishing an end-to-end Agile workflow from portfolio intake through Sprint and Kanban execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience, deep knowledge of SPM and ITSM, and the ability to provide technical leadership across development, integrations, governance, and platform optimization.
