You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical training or rail systems, aligned with Ag-08 grade
- Proficiency in rail maintenance systems, digital training platforms, and instructional design
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
