About the Role

We are looking for a talented and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will work with large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, build predictive models, and develop data-driven solutions that support business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong statistical and machine-learning skills with the ability to translate business problems into practical data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop, evaluate, and deploy machine-learning and statistical models.
Work on predictive modeling, classification, regression, clustering, and forecasting problems.
Clean, preprocess, and transform structured and unstructured data.
Design and evaluate experiments and statistical analyses.
Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and analytics teams to solve business problems.
Create data visualizations and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor model performance and improve models as business requirements evolve.
Develop reusable data-science workflows, documentation, and best practices.
Stay current with developments in machine learning, AI, statistics, and data science.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
[2–5] years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
Strong programming skills in Python or R.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
Hands-on experience with machine-learning libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine-learning concepts.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and effectively.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with big-data technologies such as Spark.
Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, APIs, and production machine-learning systems.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or generative AI.
Experience using Git and modern software-development practices.
