About the Role

We are looking for a talented and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will work with large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, build predictive models, and develop data-driven solutions that support business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong statistical and machine-learning skills with the ability to translate business problems into practical data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Develop, evaluate, and deploy machine-learning and statistical models.

• Work on predictive modeling, classification, regression, clustering, and forecasting problems.

• Clean, preprocess, and transform structured and unstructured data.

• Design and evaluate experiments and statistical analyses.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and analytics teams to solve business problems.

• Create data visualizations and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Monitor model performance and improve models as business requirements evolve.

• Develop reusable data-science workflows, documentation, and best practices.

• Stay current with developments in machine learning, AI, statistics, and data science.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

• [2–5] years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.

• Strong programming skills in Python or R.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.

• Hands-on experience with machine-learning libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine-learning concepts.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.

• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and effectively.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with big-data technologies such as Spark.

• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, APIs, and production machine-learning systems.

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or generative AI.

• Experience using Git and modern software-development practices.
