Network Engineer

Description

Join a growing engineering team supporting commercial wireless and communications projects. This is a hands-on RF engineering role focused on designing, testing, and optimizing wireless networks, including 5G, LTE, and LMR systems.

What You'll Do

• Design, analyze, and troubleshoot RF and wireless systems
• Perform propagation modeling, coverage analysis, and field testing
• Support 5G/LTE and public safety radio network projects
• Conduct RF compliance, interference, and PIM studies
• Prepare technical reports and engineering deliverables
• Work directly with customers and cross-functional engineering teams
• Support zoning and permitting activities as a technical resource

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of RF engineering or wireless network experience
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF propagation, antennas, and signal analysis
• Experience with RF modeling tools such as Atoll, Planet, or Pathloss
• Familiarity with GIS tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or MapInfo
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
