This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex connectivity challenges, shaping scalable architecture, and partnering across teams to support secure, high-performing networking solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Design and support hybrid and multi-cloud network architectures across AWS, Azure, OCI, and private cloud environments
  • Lead integration of Cisco SD-WAN across data centers, branch locations, and cloud platforms
  • Plan and optimize private and cloud connectivity, including backbone routing, private circuits, VPNs, and cloud on-ramps
  • Support network governance, lifecycle management, and compliance requirements in regulated environments
  • Strengthen security through segmentation, private endpoints, cloud-native controls, and identity-aware access approaches
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation
  • Improve visibility and troubleshooting through telemetry, flow logs, SD-WAN analytics, and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds
  • Collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to support modernization and network transformation initiatives
  • Architect and maintain Cisco ACI fabrics, including tenant design, contracts, service graphs, and multipod or multisite environments
  • Support Layer 2 extension, routing, load balancing, and high-availability network designs
  • Drive routing strategy using protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EVPN across cloud and on-premises environments
  • Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex networking issues across hybrid infrastructure
Skills
  • 8+ years of enterprise networking experience with strong hybrid and multi-cloud knowledge
  • Hands-on experience designing network solutions across AWS, Azure, and OCI
  • Strong understanding of routing, peering, transit, and backbone connectivity in multi-cloud environments
  • Experience with hybrid connectivity methods such as private circuits, hyperscaler backbones, VPNs, and SD-WAN
  • Deep knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN, including vManage, vBond, vSmart, templates, and policy design
  • Working knowledge of BGP and OSPF
  • Experience with cloud security controls, segmentation, encryption, and identity-aware access
  • Ability to design resilient, fault-tolerant network architectures across distributed environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts and modern network security principles
Preferred Skills
  • Industry certifications such as CCNP, cloud networking certifications, or Cisco SD-WAN Specialist
  • Experience with SASE solutions and cloud firewall or network virtual appliance deployments
  • Background supporting cloud migration or modernization programs
  • Knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud DNS architectures
  • Experience using CI/CD pipelines for network automation and deployment
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes networking across cloud providers
  • Experience working with A10, AVI/NSX ALB, or cloud-native load balancing solutions
  • Ability to document standards, reference architectures, and repeatable network design patterns
