A bit about us:
We're one of the largest electrical testing, maintenance, and engineering firms in North America, with a strong presence across data centers, utilities, and industrial clients. Backed by significant investment in growth, we're expanding our power systems engineering capabilities in Central Texas, working on advanced technology facilities that demand precision, reliability, and deep technical expertise. We're building a team of engineers who take ownership of complex projects from design through commissioning, and who want to grow their careers alongside a company that's scaling fast.
Why join us?
You'll work on advanced technology facilities where the engineering actually matters, not routine maintenance work, but complex power distribution, arc flash, and commissioning projects for industrial and data center clients who depend on getting it right. You'll have real ownership over projects from concept through completion, direct client interaction, and a voice in how the work gets done, not just execution of someone else's plan. As we grow in Central Texas, there's room to build something, mentor junior engineers, shape how the practice scales, and grow your own career alongside the company rather than staying in a fixed lane. If you want technical depth and room to lead at the same time, this is that kind of role.
