The purpose of the Systems Project Analyst is to provide comprehensive technical support and administration for SMS-Systems Management servers and related network infrastructure, ensuring reliable system operations, software management, hardware inventory, and user assistance across multiple locations.
This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.
JOB DUTIES:- Install, support, and manage SMS-Systems Management servers, including maintaining backups and automating software installations.
- Keep track of hardware and software inventory and create standards for using and updating the SMS server.
- Analyze and upgrade hardware and software, making sure anti-virus protection is current.
- Provide advanced technical support for computer systems and networks across different locations, including planning and improving network performance.
- Set up servers, computers, and peripherals, help resolve complex technical issues, and train users as needed.
