Job Summary
Contribute to the organizations success by efficiently managing and enhancing Salesforce platform functionalities. Responsible for Salesforce administration, development using Salesforce Apex, customization using Lightning components, and ensuring smooth operations of all Salesforce related systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform salesforce administration tasks including user management, security settings, data management, and system configuration.
2. Develop and implement custom solutions in salesforce using apex programming language.
3. Design, develop, and deploy lightning components to enhance user experience and improve system functionality.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.
5. Provide technical expertise and support for salesforce integrations with other systems and platforms.
6. Stay updated with salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to optimize salesforce implementation.
Skill Requirements
Salesforce Technical Architect
Mujst Have Experience
At least 8 10 years of Salesforce experience, including:
-Enterprise Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, ExperienceCommunity, Financial Services Cloud).
-Design and governance of security architecture, identity models, encryption, and least-privilege enforcement.
-Integration architecture for APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and event-driven patterns.
-Advanced declarative and programmatic development oversight (Apex, LWC, Flows).
-Release management and DevOps governance, including second-generation packaging (2GP) and namespace strategy.
-Platform strategy and technical roadmap ownership.
-Experience in large, regulated, or global organizations.
-Proven ability to review and approve complex designs, enforce architectural principles, and define cross-cloud patterns.
