Required Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience within complex, multi-cloud ecosystems
- Proven expertise supporting CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions
- Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and data flows
- Experience in CRM Data Analysis, Data Mapping, and Design
- Skilled in CRMA/Eintein Analytics Dashboard Design, Development, and Acceptance Testing
- Proficiency with Tableau Dashboard Design and Testing
- Knowledge of Data Cloud / Data 360 is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills across all levels
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance speed with sustainability
- Familiarity with change management in global, matrixed organizations
- Gearset experience preferred
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with AI, Agentforce, and Data Cloud / Data 360
- Certification in Salesforce or related analytics tools
- Background in automating workflows and process improvements
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and professional experience
- Prior experience supporting enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions in a fast-growing organization

The projected hourly range for this position is $50 to $65/hr.
