Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of
Senior Vice President, Scrum Leader to join our
Managed Account Solutions platform team. This role is located in
Berwyn, PA, Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: - Optimize delivery outcomes by proactively identifying flow constraints, addressing systemic impediments, and navigating complex organizational relationships to improve team effectiveness.
- Champion Agile principles and practices across teams and stakeholders, fostering an environment that promotes accountability, transparency, continuous learning, and delivery excellence.
- Partner with leaders to identify, escalate, and resolve organizational barriers, dependencies, and decision-making challenges that impact delivery performance.
- Guide teams in delivering high-quality outcomes by strengthening planning, execution, and value delivery practices while maintaining focus on customer and business objectives.
- Influence backlog management, prioritization, and commitment practices by partnering with Product Owners, Product Leaders, and key stakeholders to improve alignment and execution.
- Coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on prioritization, capacity awareness, and delivery trade-offs to improve decision-making, predictability, and focus.
- Leverage delivery metrics, flow data, and team insights to identify improvement opportunities, drive informed decisions, and enhance delivery predictability and performance.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts by fostering effective feedback loops, strengthening delivery discipline, and enabling sustainable organizational agility.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: - Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Scrum Leader, or Agile delivery professional supporting software development teams and large-scale initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean principles.
- Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders, facilitate effective collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to identify and make visible dependencies, risks, and impediments, helping teams navigate obstacles and escalating when needed to maintain delivery flow.
- Ability to leverage delivery metrics and flow data to improve predictability, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision making.
- Experience with Agile engineering practices and tools, including User Stories, Jira, Confluence, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans; Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, or SAFe SSM) and prior technical experience preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
