Apartment Maintenance Technician for

- Expected hourly rate of $25-$27 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do- Deliver exceptional service to residents and support fellow team members
- Complete apartment turns using AIR\'s established processes to create move-in-ready homes for new residents
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and apartment components, including plumbing, basic electrical systems, HVAC equipment, appliances, and related maintenance items
- Complete resident service requests accurately, efficiently, and professionally
- Provide functional or technical guidance to other Maintenance Technicians when needed and help support their skill development
- Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections as assigned
- Adapt to changing community needs, seasonal priorities, and varying maintenance requirements
Qualifications

What You Have- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably within apartment, facilities, building maintenance, or related environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or related disciplines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, seasonal workload fluctuations, and on-call rotations of at least one week per month
- Reliable transportation for responding to emergency service requests while on call
- Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding work, including moving equipment and machinery as required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
