As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance issues
- Diagnose and service split-system heat pumps and other residential mechanical systems
- Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
- Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents
- Maintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standards
- Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updates
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule supporting Fox Run
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base Pay: $20.00 ? $24.00 per hour
- Up to 50% Rent Discount
- Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
- Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
- On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Hours & Schedule:
- Monday ? Friday: 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM
- Rotating paid on-call participation required
- Must be available to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance needs
- Schedule subject to change based on business needs
What We\'ll Expect From You:
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance
- EPA Certification required; HVAC certification strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry
- Active, valid driver\'s license and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the community
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
