Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and J2EE.
• Develop scalable and high-performance applications using Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL and write optimized SQL queries.
• Develop event-driven applications using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Implement unit and integration testing using JUnit, Mockito, and related frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve production defects.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and deployment.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other development teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Java 8/11/17+.
• Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Kafka, messaging, or event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and EKS.
• Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, or NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of React, Angular, or other front-end technologies.
• Experience with SonarQube, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Experience designing highly available and distributed systems.
