Hands-on experience engineering and supporting provisioning and device management platforms in a production service provider environment.
Deep working knowledge of protocols such as:

DHCP
TFTP
DNS
NTP / ToD
TR-069 / CWMP
TR-181 data model
USP / TR-369
SNMP
RADIUS / AAA
HTTP / HTTPS provisioning
REST APIs and platform integrations

Experience with one or more access technologies:

DOCSIS / HFC
GPON / XGS-PON
FTTH
Ethernet broadband
Managed Wi-Fi
VoIP CPE / eMTA / ATA
