Location: Hybrid 1 day/week in St. Paul, MN

Business/Financial Analyst – Information Technology Partnership

Seeking a Business/Financial Analyst experienced in partnering with Information Technology teams in an organization undergoing transformation. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic analytic capabilities and a background in improving budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes within complex environments. This role requires someone highly accountable, able to work independently, and skilled at building new structure while also providing exceptional business partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support forecasting and planning through strong financial modeling.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and variance reviews.
• Improve information flow and decision-making.
• Enhance budgeting process efficiency.
• Build and improve financial frameworks for technology areas lacking structure.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related fields.
• Strong experience with Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with Peoplesoft and Hyperion a plus.
• Experience with automation a plus: VBA, Power Query or Power Automate.
• Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and workflow analysis.
• Proven ability to work effectively across teams and communicate clearly.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortably operating independently in an evolving business environment.
