Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement automated test systems for NPI and production environments.
- Integrate hardware and software components into robust test solutions.
- Collaborate with design engineering teams to define test requirements and strategies.
- Develop and maintain test programs using LabVIEW and TestStand.
- Support NPI builds by ensuring test coverage and troubleshooting test-related issues.
- Analyze test data to identify opportunities for process improvement and yield enhancement.
- Optimize existing production test systems for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing and test technicians.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Results - Performance Measures - Achieve quality, technology, schedule, and cost goals
- Test development activities and deliverables are compliant with the Starkey Quality Management System
- Develop innovative, reusable, and sustainable test methods, hardware, and software
Experience: - 5+ years of experience in test engineering or automated test development.
Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Qualifications - Proficiency in test system architecture and integration.
- Experience with LabVIEW and TestStand preferred.
- Strong understanding of electronics, instrumentation, and measurement techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salary and Other Compensation: The target rate for this position is between $93,940 to $120,750/year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
