Job Description:VAS Aero Services is looking for a SAP/S4 HANA Functional Lead to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. Please note: - The location is not negotiable. We need someone onsite in Boca Raton or onsite at our Unical site in Glendale (Phoenix), AZ.

Your Challenges:- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP).
- Solution Design: Design and develop SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA systems to meet specific business requirements, including the use of Fiori apps.
- Testing & Implementation: Participate in testing and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA issues and errors.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within SAP S/4HANA.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SAP S/4HANA processes and configurations.
- Training: Provide training to end-users on SAP S/4HANA functionality.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
Your Boarding Pass:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Required minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP with 2 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) with a minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, configuring and using SAP Fiori apps.- Skills:
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, WM).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization, including SAP Fiori apps.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data migration and data analysis.
- Preferred:
- SAP S/4HANA certification.
- Experience with SAP Fiori or other SAP technologies.
- Experience with Aerospace/aviation Business Process.
