Pay Rate: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Days

- Minimum 4 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Technical school certification or degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, kneel, or work in tight spaces for extended periods
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial)
- Troubleshoot and repair components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and thermostats
- Install and replace HVAC parts and equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers about system issues, repair options, and maintenance advice
- Complete service documentation accurately and maintain detailed records
- Ensure job site cleanliness and safe work practices at all times
- Maintain company vehicle in good working condition
