Skills and attributes for success To thrive in this role, you will need a blend of SAP utilities data-conversion expertise, delivery leadership, and stakeholder-management skills. Your ability to establish strong governance, drive decisions, and coordinate business and technology teams will be critical to delivering accurate and supportable data loads.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present conversion status, risks, and decisions to both business and technology stakeholders.
