Role Overview
We are seeking a business-facing IT Project Manager to lead ongoing enhancements and user adoption for a recently implemented SAP Service Cloud platform. This role focuses on delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and managing the backlog and pipeline for an iterative project. The position is centered on supporting enhancements to the SAP Sales and Service Cloud implementation and expanding the user community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from definition through implementation, ensuring alignment with scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
- Develop and drive project plans and milestones for iterative project delivery.
- Lead post-go-live enhancement roadmaps and manage a backlog of enhancement requests.
- Coordinate between business users, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment.
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives to expand the user base.
- Establish and maintain effective communication plans with the project team and key stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets.
- Manage release schedules and prioritize business needs for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of experience leading enterprise CRM or business application projects.
Technical Skills:- Experience with SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, or SAP CX (Customer Experience) projects.
- Strong background in managing projects on CRM platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
- Proficiency in iterative or agile delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Kanban), including release planning and product backlog management.
- Experience with end-to-end project management, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issue management.
- Skilled in using MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the utilities or energy industry.
- Proven experience with change management, including user adoption, training, and communication planning.
- Experience managing projects for other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
