SAP Project Manager (Sales / Service cloud)

Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enhancements for a recently implemented SAP Service Cloud platform and support the expansion of SAP Sales and Service Cloud usage across the organization. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including project planning, stakeholder management, budgeting, status reporting, resource coordination, and change management.
Project: Sales and Service Cloud Enhancements
Client went live with SAP Service Cloud in June 2026. This project will support enhancements to the SAP Sales and Service Cloud implementation and extend the user community throughout client. The project will utilize an iterative delivery model and requires ongoing pipeline management. Preferred candidates will have Sales and Service Cloud experience.
Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word. Focuses on IT projects and initiatives.
