We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer with strong hands-on enterprise experience across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Microsoft Purview, along with recent experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
This is not a general AI/ML or prompt-engineering position.
The ideal candidate will have an established Microsoft 365 engineering background and be comfortable working across M365 engineering, Copilot enablement, security, data governance, compliance, and enterprise adoption.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
You will help engineer, deploy, govern, and continuously improve Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities across a large enterprise environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Engineer and support Microsoft 365 services across SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID
- Implement, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Perform Copilot readiness assessments covering tenant configuration, licensing, identity, permissions, data readiness, and security
- Review Microsoft 365 data, permissions, and sharing configurations to identify oversharing and data-exposure risks
- Support secure Copilot rollout, pilot programs, and enterprise adoption
- Work with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Data, and business teams to resolve M365 and Copilot-related issues
- Translate business requirements into practical Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled solutions
MICROSOFT PURVIEW, SECURITY & GOVERNANCE
A major part of this role is ensuring Copilot operates within a secure and properly governed Microsoft 365 environment.

You will also support the organization's expansion of AI-enabled productivity capabilities.

- Microsoft 365 Copilot configuration and administration
- Copilot readiness and adoption initiatives
- Copilot usage and adoption analysis
- Copilot Studio
- AI agents and enterprise automation
- Power Automate / Power Platform
- Microsoft Graph
- Prompt and user enablement initiatives
- Identification of practical business use cases for Copilot and AI

ANALYTICS & ADOPTION
This role is not limited to deploying Copilot. You will also help measure how effectively the platform is being adopted and used.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of enterprise Microsoft 365 engineering or administration experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Entra ID / Azure AD
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot in an enterprise or production environment
- Experience with Microsoft Purview

- Permissions and access management
- Experience with Microsoft 365 security and governance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
