About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Microsoft 365 adoption and user enablement initiatives. This role will help drive user engagement, training, communications, and knowledge-sharing programs while supporting collaboration and productivity tools across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Microsoft 365 user community meetings and engagement activities.
Support champion and power-user programs through communications and administration.
Create and maintain training materials, job aids, knowledge articles, and learning resources.
Manage and enhance Microsoft 365 and Copilot resource sites and content repositories.
Partner with stakeholders to identify user needs and improve adoption strategies.
Support change management and communication efforts for new features and technology rollouts.
Track, measure, and report on user adoption and engagement metrics.
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 adoption, enablement, or collaboration initiatives.
Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience developing training, educational, or knowledge management content.
Understanding of SharePoint content management and governance practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting organizational change and end-user adoption programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or other Microsoft productivity solutions.
Familiarity with change management methodologies.
Experience building or supporting user communities and champion programs.
Experience creating digital learning content and self-service resources.
Knowledge of information architecture and content governance principles.
Experience using reporting, analytics, or adoption dashboards to measure program success.
