Summary

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and leading Workday implementations.
Proven experience with U.S. and/or Canada Payroll processes, regulations, and compliance is a plus.
Extensive experience in multi-entity environments.
Experience with data migration and integration tools is a plus.
Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Workday’s data structure, business processes, security model, and configuration options across in-scope Workday modules.
Methodical Testing and meticulous attention to detail in data validation, configuration and documentation.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex business objectives into system requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Works under little supervision
