Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a Sr. Associate, Quality Engineer to join our team in Canoga Park, CA. This individual will provide program Quality Engineering support for assigned contracted programs spanning the lifecycle of the program including design, development, production, test and supplier support.
Essential Functions:
Qualifications
- Bachelor?s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related quality experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0-2 years of prior related quality experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related quality experience.
- Valid driver?s license; employees who drive on company business to carry out job-related duties must possess a valid driver?s license for the class of vehicle driven and meet automobile insurability requirements of the Company
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Advanced degree in a related field
- CQE and/or CSSBB
- APQP and or Zero Defect Planning Experience
- MDA experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and develop solutions to a variety of situations.
- Must consistently meet commitments.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, the salary range for this role is $73,000 - $136,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
