Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Manage internal and external audits and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable quality standards.
  • Develop quality objectives, KPIs, and reporting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and root cause investigations.
  • Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to reduce defects, improve yield, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead customer quality communications and support resolution of quality concerns.
  • Manage supplier quality performance and collaborate on supplier improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor quality personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Ensure documentation, procedures, and records are maintained in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred.
  • 2+ years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes.
  • Experience leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of regulated or highly demanding manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASQ certifications such as CQE, CQM/OE, or related credentials.
  • Experience with customer-facing quality activities.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma training or certification.
