We are seeking a mid-to-senior Data Engineer to help build central data pipelines for our Market Intelligence program. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming disparate, recurring market data into a clean, unified, and versioned database asset. You will play a pivotal role in powering strategic analytics, executive reporting, and self-serve business intelligence portals.

responsibilities:
- Design and deploy automated data pipelines to extract, standardize, and clean recurring market data from spreadsheet sources and APIs.
- Implement robust data transformation logic, including schema enforcement, versioning, and de-duplication.
- Write and maintain complex SQL and PLX scripts to feed transformed data into internal BI portals and reporting systems.
- Perform data verification, chart creation, and ad hoc analysis for executive Market Outlook reports.
qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or Data Analytics focusing on ETL/ELT frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in SQL / PLX scripting and database schema design.
Proven track record of developing API integrations for third-party data extraction.
Strong ability to standardize unformatted, disparate data sources into a queryable central database.
