Position: Data Engineer

100% REMOTE ROLE

Skilled and motivated Data Engineer with experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, PySpark, Data Transformation, and Azure Data Factory to support a large-scale migration of marketing datasets to the Microsoft Fabric platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, data integration, monitoring support jobs, and creating scalable data solutions.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
Strong knowledge of PySpark for data processing and transformation.
Experience developing and managing Azure Data Factory pipelines.
Experience with data migration and modernization projects.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and best practices.
Experience monitoring and supporting production batch/data jobs.
Strong SQL skills and data modeling knowledge.
Experience integrating data between Workday and Microsoft Fabric.
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Experience with Power BI dataset development and reporting support.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
