Test Engineer IThe Test Engineer 1 supports test systems usedin DCO product development and manufacturing. This role focuses on executingnew test system builds, sustaining existing test systems, and improvingexisting test systems.

Job Summary - Design automated test systems using Labiew and/or Python to perform electrical or mechanical tests.
- Create work instructions
- Initiate changes to improve existing programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Support test system validation through the development cycle.
- Improve existing testsystems.
- Train operators on new or existing test equipment.
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of existing test programs.
- Support verification,calibration, and validation of test equipment.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting with guidance from experience test engineers.
- Perform other Engineeringactivities as required
Required Skills and Qualifications - Programming experience in C, C++. Python or LabVIEW.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Experience and Education - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
- 0-3 years of experience in Test Engineering or Test Technician role.
Base Compensation: USD 75,000.00 - 85,000.00Paid Salaried
