Test Engineer I

The Test Engineer 1 supports test systems usedin DCO product development and manufacturing. This role focuses on executingnew test system builds, sustaining existing test systems, and improvingexisting test systems.

Job Summary
  • Design automated test systems using Labiew and/or Python to perform electrical or mechanical tests.
  • Create work instructions
  • Initiate changes to improve existing programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Support test system validation through the development cycle.
  • Improve existing testsystems.
  • Train operators on new or existing test equipment.
  • Support maintenance and troubleshooting of existing test programs.
  • Support verification,calibration, and validation of test equipment.
  • Perform basic electrical troubleshooting with guidance from experience test engineers.
  • Perform other Engineeringactivities as required

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Programming experience in C, C++. Python or LabVIEW.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Test Engineering or Test Technician role.

Base Compensation: USD 75,000.00 - 85,000.00Paid Salaried
