Summary

Job Title: Accounting and Admin Assistant
Working Location: 34 43rd Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404
Contract Period: Full-Time
WORK SCHEDULE
Your regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday:
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - based upon your preference and business needs.
Occasional Saturday work may be required, typically between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and is not expected to exceed ten (12) Saturdays per calendar year.

Requirement:

• Previous office management, bookkeeping, or accounting-administration experience
• Strong, hands-on QuickBooks experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and reporting
• Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information
