Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and drivability repairs
- Diagnose and repair electrical system concerns
- Complete engine repairs and general automotive service
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify repair recommendations
- Service Domestic, European, Asian, and light fleet vehicles
- Utilize Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric
- Work closely with the service advisor, parts department, and shop manager to maintain an efficient workflow
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recent professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, drivability, and engine repair skills
- Pennsylvania Inspection and Emissions Licenses required
- Ability to diagnose and repair Domestic, European, and Asian vehicles
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Independent repair shop experience preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Experience with Tekmetric or similar shop management software preferred
- Experience using Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment preferred
- Compensation & Benefits
